About the Event
What It's All About
The Sample Lee Community Festival brings together the best of Lee’s creative, culinary, and community spirit for one big weekend on Main Street. From the first cup of coffee on Saturday morning to the final encore Sunday night, expect art, food, music, and the kind of unhurried small-town atmosphere that makes Lee what it is.
Whether you’re here for the music, the food, or just to meet your neighbors, there’s something on the schedule for every age and every appetite. Browse the schedule below, grab a punch card, and plan your day.

Why It Matters
For more than fifty years, this festival has been Lee’s late-fall gathering point — the weekend when families come back into town, students reconnect with classmates, and businesses see one of their busiest weekends of the year.
New This Year: The Maker’s Mile
A pop-up walkable strip of twelve artist studios along East Park Street, open both days from 11 AM to 4 PM. Each studio is hosting one live demo per hour — grab a punch card at any one and collect stamps for prizes.

Tickets & Registration
Logistics
Free street parking on Main and Park. Overflow lot at Lee High School with shuttle every 20 min.
Main Stage area and food trucks are ADA-accessible. ASL interpretation at the Saturday evening headliner. Reach out to [email protected] with any accessibility requests.
A folding chair for the Saturday headliner + Sunday bonfire. Cash for food trucks (some accept cards but not all). Layers — evenings get cold by late November.
Rain or shine — Main Stage moves to the Town Hall auditorium if needed. Watch the festival Facebook page for updates the morning of.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a ticket?
Most of the festival is free. Only the Chili Cook-Off tasting and the Friend of the Festival package require tickets.
Can I bring my own chair?
Yes. We recommend folding chairs for the Saturday headliner and the Sunday bonfire.
Is there cell service downtown?
Yes, all major carriers. Free Wi-Fi at Town Hall and the public library.
